The decision of the United States of America on extension of sanctions against North Korea (DPRK) in China is considered "erroneous actions" that could harm "the bilateral cooperation", said the Ministry of foreign Affairs of China, Deutsche Welle reports.
It is noted that Washington imposed unilateral restrictive measures in respect of the number of shipping and trading companies affect the interests of China.
In a statement the foreign Ministry stated that announced by the U.S. Treasury restrictive measures against natural and legal persons from China, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong should "immediately stop".
"Beijing has always fully implemented all the resolutions of the UN Security Council on the DPRK and will not tolerate violations of these decisions on the part of Chinese citizens or companies," said Chinese diplomats.
The DPRK is under sanctions in connection with the development of nuclear weapons and increased missile program. The relevant UN resolution prohibits, in particular, the import into the DPRK of crude oil and petroleum products, creation of joint enterprises with participation of the North Korean capital exports to member countries of the UN textiles with the DPRK.
