Cause for questioning the former head of the Ministry of internal Affairs Vitaly Zakharchenko, ex-the head of AP Andriy Klyuyev, the former head of the SBU Alexander Yakimenko, ex-Ministers of defence and foreign Affairs Pavel Lebedev and Leonid Kozhara.

The court in the case of treason Viktor Yanukovych wants to question a number of senior officials from his presidency, including former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov. The decision was taken by the Obolon court of Kyiv today, February 14, reports channel 112 Ukraine.

Thus the court has partially satisfied the petition of protection. In particular, we intend to interrogate ex-interior Minister Vitaly Zakharchenko, former head of AP Andriy Klyuyev, the former head of the SBU Alexander Yakimenko, ex-Ministers of defence and foreign Affairs Pavel Lebedev and Leonid Kozhara, respectively. In addition, the planned interrogation of a number of "inhabitants of the Crimea."

The court refused to grant the petition in part of the interrogation of a number of foreign politicians, diplomats and European officials.

Note, the above ex-officials are currently outside of Ukraine.
