Crossing the border of Ukraine with the countries of the European Union on visa-free regime has started to decline. Over the past month, the number of Ukrainians who crossed the border at bizwise decreased by 15%.
Crossing the border by Ukrainians for visa-free regime with the countries of the European Union is on the decline. This was stated by Chairman of the State border service of Ukraine Petro Cigital, reported on the official website of the Department.
"Crossing the border for Ukrainians bezveze with EU countries is on the decline," said Chical.
According to him, from the start of visa-free regime, 11 June 2017, the European Union under the simplified system proceeded 419 000 citizens of Ukraine.
However, last month the number of Ukrainians who crossed the border at bizwise decreased by 15% to almost 29 000 people, which is three times less compared to the first month of the liberalization of the visa regime. Then crossed the border nearly 100,000 Ukrainians.
"This massive nepropusk adjacent side, as in the beginning predicted by some experts, is not marked, and the number of failures remains low. Only 0.2% of the total number of such travelling (10 000). In General, according to preliminary estimates from travelling to the EU countries permitted more than 60 persons," said Chical.
