A Federal court in new Jersey has sentenced two citizens of Russia for cyber crimes, the damage from which was estimated at more than $ 300 million, according to RIA Novosti.

Protection of Drinkman not yet decided whether to submit an appeal against the verdict. Smilyanets and his lawyer said they were satisfied with the verdict and appeal it will not.

Hearing on sentence took place behind closed doors. The judge assessed the damage from the activities of Drinkman almost 312 million dollars, the final amount to be reimbursed will be determined at a hearing April 13.
